Heroin

People could help out with this addiction in many of ways. One way could be providing addicts and people who use heroin with clean needles and supplies to use and do these drugs. Because of this the people who used the drug will not have to worry about getting infections and diseases from used needles like what they have been doing. This would also help by keeping these people alive and they might notice that they need to change their ways and get help. They would not have the time or the chance if they used dirty needles and got infections or diseases that killed them.

Another way that people can help out with this is have a group of people kind of like a gang team like something the cops would use go around the towns walking through allies and looking for people who do the drugs. They could do this and help the people out by referring them to a hospital or something like a rehab center or something along those lines so that they can get help to stop the addiction or they can also get help if they are sick or have diseases that they have gotten from the addiction and needles.

If we were to help these people out maybe they will feel thankful enough they will give out who they bought the drugs from. If they did this the police could shut down the sellers and then they could get to the dealers suppliers and then the United States would have less of a heroin problem.
